Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborates the development and implementation of sales plans to achieve corporate goals
  • Develop sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients
  • Meet with key clients, maintaining relationships to aid in negotiations and closing deals
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
  • Assist in the formulation and the delivery of sales training materials and efforts
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain current lumber/timber/industry knowledge
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Prepare order acknowledgements to customers and purchase order

This is a full-time position. Commission-based compensation package with base salary.

Forklift Driver

Location: Sparrows Point, MD
Atlantic Forest Products, LLC currently have full-time Forklift Driver position openings. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work independently and work as a team. Must be dependable and communicate with management and be able to follow instructions. Assignments will be given daily. This position will require you to work in the elements year-round.

  • Lift products – variety of weights
  • Drive a forklift
  • Use a chainsaw
  • Calculate measurements using a tape measure
  • Pull products from units for customer orders in a timely manner
  • 3 years’ experience


Salary: $15.50 per hour

Inventory Coordinator

Location: Sparrows Point MD
The Inventory Coordinator performs a variety of reporting, accounting, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the management of the company’s inventory. This position requires travel (65%) across the country to perform physical counts at various locations, as well as mange damaged and dead stock.

  • Coordinates and performs inventory counts for all locations.
  • Performs daily in-depth reporting.
  • Act as a liaison with the accounting and inventory location
  • Performs reconciliation of all existing inventory at the close of each month.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have 2 years of Lumber Inventory experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent math skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to travel is required
  • Must be able to work independently

Engineered Lumber Cutter

Location: Stockton CA
ATLANTIC FOREST PRODUCTS is a dynamic and growing national wholesale distributor of Commodity Lumber and Plywood, Engineered Wood Products, and Specialty Building Products. We purchase products from the producing Mills in the USA, Canada, and Import Products from South America and Europe. Our newest Distribution Center is located at the Port of Stockton, California. To accommodate our growth, we are looking for reliable, hard-working yard personnel in our Stockton, CA location. This is a hands-on, physical position, working outdoors in all weather conditions at our very busy 8-acre Distribution Center

General duties and responsibilities include
  • Responsible for cutting engineered wood products using a chainsaw and assembling jobsite orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Safe and Efficient forklift operation includes Receiving Inbound products and then Loading Outbound Orders
  • Organizing and bundling packages ready for shipment
  • Completes accurate Stock Receiver and Outbound Shipping Paperwork and submits to Office for order processing
  • Unloading rail cars at the warehouse docks
  • Stores products in a neat and organized manner
  • Participates in regularly scheduled Physical Inventory counts
  • Works productively individually as well as part of a team in order to meet customer order requirements
  • Adheres to all company Safety initiatives and requirements
  • Participates in Continuous improvement as a part of our Operations Team
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs


Monday through Friday, 1st shift hours approximately 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, with OT as required.
Experience is preferred but will train the right individual.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is highly desirable.
