Sales Coordinator

Location: Edgemere, MD
We have an opening for Sales Administrator at our Corporate office in Edgemere MD. Qualified applicants will provide administrative support for designated sales teams with logistics, sales orders, and other admin duties.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Enter PO’s and sales orders
  • Logistics coordination
  • Check data accuracy in orders, pricing, and invoices
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Must be a quick learner and possess excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational, multitasking, team, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to help where needed

Compensation – $17 – $19 depending on experience

Forklift Driver

Location: Stockton CA
Atlantic Forest Products, LLC currently have full-time Forklift Driver position openings. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work independently and work as a team. Must be dependable and communicate with management and be able to follow instructions. Assignments will be given daily. This position will require you to work in the elements (outside most of the day).

General duties and responsibilities include:
  • Unloading rail cars at the warehouse docks
  • Participate in regularly scheduled Physical Inventory counts
  • Responsible for cutting wood products, using a chainsaw
  • Calculate measurements using a tape measure
  • Pull products from units for customer orders in a timely manner
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • 2 years’ experience preferred- training will be given
  • Drug screen is required

  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients

  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
  • Assist in the formulation and the delivery of sales training materials and efforts
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain current lumber/timber/industry knowledge
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Prepare order acknowledgements to customers and purchase order
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales including logistics and accounting
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional Customer Service and relationship buildings skills, customer retention
  • Knowledge of business accounting principles, budget preparation and products
  • Excellent formal presentation skills before small and large groups
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Driven and results oriented, drives business development, KPIs, and market expansion to meet corporate targets
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of building materials industry
  • 3 years of industry sales experience with consultative selling technique

 

This is a full-time position. Commission-based compensation package with base salary.
